Facilities Manager

As the Facilities Manager, it is my role along with facilities team to make sure the building services run smoothly across a range of services.

The target for the Klyne Business Aviation Centre (BAC) is to maximize the potential of every facet/aspect of the building, providing exceptional service and support across all the areas we operate in.

We look to build a community of tenants that can work together in the numerous tenancy opportunities while selling a desk for a day for those who are more transient.

The role we play also includes sales whether that be through our locally produced catering from our café or our 400-cover event space within our Hangar, and the meeting rooms.

The facilities are also involved in projects aimed at the company achieving its various targets such as sustainability, partnerships, and education.

We have just completed our solar panelled project covering the two hangar roofs, solar panelled plane port for our electric aircraft and the completion of the swapping out of lighting to LED for the whole building. It is a never-ending project of opportunities throughout the facility.
